What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and surveyors to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as the primary client contact, identifying business opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Provide support to project managers and engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, bids, and timelines to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in team leadership, client relations, and business development.
• Experience with residential, multi-family and commercial projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
